Administers and develops SharePoint Server (2019+) and SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365, supporting Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online, troubleshooting enterprise-level issues, and building business solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate, while exploring AI/Copilot capabilities. Based in Gdańsk, Poland.
- We are looking for a seasoned engineer with a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and a passion for problem-solving.
- You have significant, hands-on experience with both SharePoint Server (2019 or newer) and SharePoint Online.
- You possess a holistic understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including practical familiarity with Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- You are a master troubleshooter, with proven experience diagnosing and resolving complex issues at an enterprise level.
- You have a solid grasp of SharePoint development principles and architecture.
- You have hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and you know how to leverage it to build powerful business solutions.
- You are excited by the potential of AI and Copilot to transform the modern workplace and are eager to explore these tools.
- You are an excellent communicator, fluent in English, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Holding Microsoft certifications in relevant areas would be a strong advantage.
