We're looking for an experienced SharePoint Online Engineer / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a large enterprise Digital Workplace and Content Management environment. This is a hands-on technical role focused on SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365, ensuring reliable daily operations while delivering new platform capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on technical expertise for SharePoint Online and OneDrive.

• Implement new SharePoint Online features and platform enhancements.

• Support and supervise daily operations, incident management, and ticket resolution.

• Act as the technical escalation point for SharePoint Online issues.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Microsoft 365 platform teams to deliver enterprise solutions.

• Improve operational efficiency and maintain high service quality.

• Support governance, content management, and collaboration initiatives across Microsoft 365.

Required Skills

• Proven experience with SharePoint Online administration and implementation.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and OneDrive for Business.

• Experience with SharePoint Online architecture, governance, and administration.

• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise SharePoint environments.

• Experience managing IT operations, incident resolution, and service delivery.

• Strong understanding of Digital Workplace and Content Management platforms.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to work in Agile, fast-paced enterprise environments.

• PowerShell

• Microsoft Graph API

• Microsoft Purview

• Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID

• ITIL certification or enterprise service management experience
