Provide third-line support and lead upgrades for a company’s SharePoint environment, spanning on-premises and Microsoft 365, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
We are looking for a SharePoint SME/3rd Line Technical Specialist (m/f/n) to join our client’s team at their office in Wrocław or Gdańsk.
The right candidate for the SharePoint SME/3rd Line Technical Specialist position will be responsible for supporting and evolving our SharePoint estate across both on-premises and Microsoft 365 environments. This is a hands-on role requiring strong expertise in SharePoint upgrades, administration, and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as 3rd line escalation for complex SharePoint issues.
Lead SharePoint 2019 to Subscription Edition (SE) upgrades (most important).
Manage and support SharePoint Online (M365).
Ensure platform performance, security, and reliability.
Essential Skills:
SharePoint Server 2019 & Subscription Edition (SE).
SharePoint Online (M365).
Desirable Skills:
Microsoft 365 stack: OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online.
Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Exposure to Microsoft Copilot/AI capabilities.
Nice to have:
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102).
Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204).
Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400).
Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900).
Design and build SharePoint solutions using SPFx.
Develop using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph.
Integrate SharePoint with 3rd party systems (e.g. ServiceNow, CRM, HR systems, APIs).
Build automations using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Offer:
Contract type: B2B with SHIMI.
Rate: 185 - 205 zł/h netto + VAT.
Type of work: on-site (Wrocław or Gdańsk).
End date: 31.12.2026 (optional extension).
