About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Technical Specialist to join a dynamic IT team responsible for maintaining and developing enterprise collaboration platforms. In this role, you will support business-critical SharePoint environments, participate in modernization initiatives, and contribute to the delivery of innovative workplace solutions based on Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line support for complex SharePoint-related incidents and issues.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize SharePoint solutions across SharePoint Server (2019+) and SharePoint Online environments.

• Support platform upgrades, migrations, and transformation projects.

• Ensure the availability, stability, and performance of SharePoint services.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective collaboration and document management solutions.

• Contribute to automation, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Server (2019+) and SharePoint Online.

• Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

• Proven experience in enterprise-level troubleshooting and support.

• Knowledge of SharePoint architecture, administration, and development.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.

• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, AI-powered solutions, and Modern Workplace technologies.

• Microsoft certifications will be considered an advantage.
