1. 負責生產設備日常運作與監控，確保產線穩定生產
Responsible for daily operation and monitoring of production equipment, ensuring
stable production on the manufacturing line.
2. 機台異常排除、故障分析與維修處理
Troubleshoot equipment anomalies, perform root-cause analysis, and carry out repairs.
3. 執行設備預防保養（PM），降低故障率
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) to reduce equipment failure rate.
4. 新機台裝機、測試及驗收，導入量產
Handle installation, testing, and acceptance of new machines for mass production.
5. 協助製程優化，提升設備稼動率（UPH）與良率（Yield）
Support process optimization to improve equipment uptime (UPH) and yield.
6. 撰寫設備維修紀錄、異常分析報告及操作SOP
Document equipment maintenance logs, anomaly analysis reports, and standard operating
procedures (SOPs).
7. 與原廠工程師合作進行設備維修與技術改善
Collaborate with vendor engineers for equipment maintenance and technical improvement.
8. 教育訓練產線操作人員正確使用設備
Train production line operators on correct equipment usage.
9. 輪班或假日 on-call，處理突發設備問題
Participate in shift work or holiday on-call to handle emergency equipment issues.
