1.Support telecom operator type approval and product certification activities.
2.Provide technical support throughout customer design-in, deployment, validation, and field trials.
3.Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers, telecom operators, and internal teams (R&D, PM, SQA).
4.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, while coordinating validation activities and project execution.
5.Support LTE/5G FWA, Mobile Router, CPE, ONT/ONU, and broadband gateway products, including technical presentations and customer training.
