About the Role

Pengran Technology Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Social Media Growth Operations Specialist to build our brand presence and audience growth across X, Instagram and Xiaohongshu.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily content planning, publishing and community engagement across social media channels.

- Develop and test content-growth strategies that improve reach, engagement and qualified audience growth.

- Create original posts, short-form video concepts and community interactions aligned with the company brand.

- Monitor platform trends, audience feedback and campaign performance; translate findings into practical improvements.

- Track relevant AI, technology and financial-market topics and develop timely, responsible content angles.

- Support the development of overseas user communities and feedback loops with the product team.

Requirements

- Familiarity with operating social media platforms such as X, Instagram and Xiaohongshu.

- Experience in social media growth, content operations, digital marketing or related work.

- Strong written communication skills; the ability to create English-language content is an advantage.

- Interest in AI, technology, finance or investment-research products.

- A data-informed mindset, sound judgement and strong attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
