Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday; extended hours, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
About the Position
The Sheet Metal Packager is responsible for wrapping and packaging finished products according to customer specifications. This position supports production, storage, and distribution activities while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure finished product meets customer specifications and work instructions.
- Assist with packaging and preparation of finished goods.
- Hand stack material coming off press machines.
- Use hand tools such as banders and crimpers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety and company policies.
- Report quality or safety concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
