Sheet Stacker Operator (85618)
Summary
Operates a sheeter stacker machine to stack and inspect Nomex, Kevlar, and Fiber Glass blocks for aircraft components, following work orders and maintaining a clean workspace.

Stack piles Nomex, Kevlar and Fiber Glass printed rolls.
Responsibilities:
- Stack Nomex, Kevlar and Fiber Glass blocks using a caul sheet and stalking bar.
- Set up sheeter stacker machine.
- Loads required paper per work order.
- Run block based on work order required, number plies and length.
- Inspect sheets for fold overs, contamination or any other foreign objects.
- Fill out shop planner with date and time of when blocks started and finished and signs it off.
- Record labor transactions in SAP.
- Make aluminum pin plies.
- Apply and practice 5S concept to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Must be available to work any shift, over-time and weekends.
- Other duties may be assigned dependent on TGC business requirements.
