About the role

We are selecting personnel for retail replenishment tasks who wish to join a dynamic work environment in a consolidated shopping center located in San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid). What you'll do

Execution of replenishment tasks: restocking, placement, order, and visual maintenance of merchandise on shelves and displays.

Stock control and verification, proper product rotation, and checking of expiration dates.

Optimal conditioning and preparation of the point of sale and aisles before opening to the public.

Maintenance of cleanliness, organization of the work area, and management of products in the warehouse and store.

What we're looking for

Demonstrable previous experience in replenishment positions within supermarkets, large-scale retailers, or the retail sector.

Commitment, dynamism, physical agility, and good organizational capacity in-store.

Schedule availability to perform the morning shift from 06:00 to 09:00 h and flexibility to absorb additional hours depending on the workload.

Means of transport or proximity to the shopping center in San Sebastián de los Reyes to join at the stipulated time (from 06:00 h onwards).

Availability to start on November 1, 2026.

What you'll get

Contract: Temporary contract due to production circumstances (unforeseeable) on a part-time basis, valid from 01/11/2026 to 31/12/2026.

Working Day and Schedule: Morning shift from Monday to Sunday (with legally established rest periods) in the 06:00 to 09:00 h slot, with the possibility of working additional/overtime hours according to service needs.

Salary: €7,779.92 gross/year (proportional to the hours and working day performed).

Safety equipment provided by the company from day one (safety boots and regulatory uniform).
