【業務内容】
1. SMT工場・ラインの新規立ち上げ（フェーズ1）
現在は、SMT工場および生産ラインの新規立ち上げに関する業務を中心に担当していただきます。

※2026年：設備検討／2027年：設備発注・工場着工／工場完成後：設備導入・試運転を予定

◎設備選定・導入

• マウンター、リフロー炉（真空リフローを含む）、印刷機、SPI（はんだ印刷検査機）、AOI（自動外観検査機）等の設備選定
• 生産ラインのレイアウト設計、設備仕様の検討・決定
• 設備導入、立ち上げ、試運転および性能検証

◎SMTプロセスの構築

• 車載品質基準（IATF 16949、IPC-A-610等）に準拠した実装プロセスの構築
• リフロープロファイル、メタルマスク設計等のプロセス条件の設定・最適化
• 品質・生産性を考慮した製造プロセスおよび作業標準の確立

◎グローバル標準の導入・最適化

• ValeoグループのSMT標準仕様・プロセスの導入
• グローバル標準をベースとした日本工場向けのプロセス最適化

2. 量産準備・製造マネジメント（フェーズ2）
※SMTライン導入後、2028年以降を想定

• 新規開発されるLDM／ECU基板の試作・量産立ち上げ
• DFM（Design for Manufacturing）の観点から設計部門へのフィードバック
• SMT専任チームの組織構築、採用・教育・人材育成
• 量産開始後の歩留まり、直行率、サイクルタイム、設備稼働率等の改善
• QCD（品質・コスト・納期）の継続的な改善

【チーム構成】

• 本ポジションのレポートラインとなるチームは10名程度です。

  まずは他チームと連携しながらプロジェクトを推進し、将来的にはメンバーの採用・組織構築も担っていただく想定です。

【必須】

• 車載電装製品におけるSMT（表面実装）プロセスの実務経験（5年以上）
  例：車載ECU、パワーモジュール、インバータ、センサー等の基板実装経験
• SMTラインの「新規立ち上げ」または「設備入れ替え・プロセス最適化」を主導した経験
• 車載品質管理体系の知見（IATF16949、IPC-A-610 CLASS 3等の理解）
• 英語：日常会話レベル（Valeo海外拠点や海外設備メーカーとのやり取り、技術文書解読で使用）　※翻訳ツール等を使ってメール作成できる方であればOK
• 日本語：日常会話レベル

[Divisions & Products]

Valeo Japan consists of four divisions:

１）　Power Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions related to thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification.

２）　Brain Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS and reinvent the interior experience.

３）　Light Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for "Lighting Everywhere."

４）　Valeo Service Division: Handles after-sales services for all products across divisions 1～3.

*This position is within the Light Division.

[Job Description]

1. SMT Plant & Line Setup (Phase 1)
Currently, the role primarily focuses on the new setup of the SMT plant and production lines.

*Planned Timeline* 2026: Equipment Evaluation / 2027: Equipment Ordering & Factory Construction / Post-Completion: Equipment Installation & Commissioning

◎Equipment Selection & Installation

• Select equipment including mounters, reflow ovens (including vacuum reflow), printers, SPI (Solder Paste Inspection), and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection).
• Design production line layouts and define equipment specifications.
• Oversee equipment installation, line bring-up, commissioning, and performance validation.

◎SMT Process Development

• Establish surface-mount processes compliant with automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, IPC-A-610, etc.).
• Set up and optimize process conditions, such as reflow profiles and stencil design.
• Establish manufacturing processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) focused on quality and productivity.

◎Global Standards Deployment & Optimization

• Implement Valeo Group's SMT standard specifications and processes.
• Optimize processes for the Japanese plant based on global standards.

2. Mass Production Preparation & Manufacturing Management (Phase 2)

*Planned for 2028 onwards, following the SMT line installation

• Lead prototyping and mass production bring-up for newly developed LDM / ECU boards.
• Provide DFM (Design for Manufacturing) feedback to the design engineering team.
• Build, recruit, train, and develop a dedicated SMT team.
• Drive post-launch improvements in yield, straight-through rate (FPY), cycle time, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Continuously improve Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).

• You will initially drive the project in collaboration with other teams, and are expected to handle recruitment and organizational setup for your team in the future.

[Requirements]

• 5+ years of practical experience in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processes for automotive electronic products (e.g., PCB assembly for automotive ECUs, power modules, inverters, sensors, etc.)
• Proven track record of leading new SMT line bring-ups, equipment replacements, or process optimizations
• Solid understanding of automotive quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949, IPC-A-610 Class 3)
• English: Conversational level (Used for communicating with Valeo global sites and overseas equipment manufacturers, and reading technical documentation. Candidates who can draft emails using translation tools are welcome.)
• Japanese: Conversational level
