【身心靈療癒業務總監｜Director of Sales, Wellness】

We are looking for a leader with business acumen and a deep belief in the value of "mind-body-spirit healing." Your role will not be limited to selling rooms, but will involve leading the business growth of Forte Hotels Group's two healing brands—Hotel Uketamo and Yamagata Kaku.

【Your Mission】
You will lead the upgrade of the Group's mind-body-spirit healing business, transforming hotels from mere accommodation spaces into business engines combining "healing" and "hospitality," guiding the brands from individual operations to a holistic strategic layout.

【Core Responsibilities】
Develop a blueprint for the healing business: Plan the annual business plans for both brands, including room rate strategies, product design, and brand collaborations.

Explore deep healing pathways: Establish partnerships with mind-body-spirit mentors, corporate wellness programs, business schools, and high-end healing platforms.

Business Triad Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Revenue Management Directors as partners, jointly responsible for the revenue results of 233 rooms across two hotels.

Lead Healing Activities: Business promotion of Yamagata-kaku's Deep Sleep Dining, Restoration Weekend, and AVATA healing programs.

Personally Manage Strategic Clients: Directly manage 15-20 key strategic clients, pursuing long-term and deep partnerships, not just one-off transactions.

You don't need a hotel industry background: We welcome cross-disciplinary talent from banking, high-end health checkups, luxury goods, the art world, or the top-tier fitness industry.

You understand selling "value": You excel at selling high-priced products that require in-depth communication and a compelling story, rather than simply competing on price.

You have a genuine passion for healing: A sincere interest in the holistic wellness industry, because our clients can see through soulless sales pitches.

You have cross-border communication skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin; some Japanese knowledge is a plus.

挖掘深度的療癒通路：與身心靈導師、企業福祉計畫 (Corporate Wellness)、商學院及高端療癒平台建立夥伴關係。
商務三角組合 (Triad) 協作：與數位行銷、營收管理總監，像夥伴一樣緊密工作，共同負責兩館 233 間客房的營收成果。
主導療癒活動：包含山形閣的深眠餐飲、修復週末 (Restoration Weekend) 及 AVATA 療癒方案的商務推廣。
親自經營策略客戶：直接經營15~20個關鍵策略客戶，追求長遠且深厚的合作關係，而非單次買賣。
