Job Purpose:
A Social Media Marketing Coordinator/Specialist will combine marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance company social media presences. You will work directly with the Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams to develop social media marketing strategies for Lollipop Baby Camera. This role is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and expand opportunities for revenue.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with influencers and bloggers to create a strong online community for Lollipop Baby Camera
• Negotiate collaboration deals with influencers, bloggers, press, and review websites
• Come up with brand-focused fun and engaging content ideas for our community on social channels
• Create innovative marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, and achieve important social media KPIs
• Collect customer data and analyze interactions and visits, plus use this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Fluent English reading and writing ability(Knowledge in Japanese, German, French, Italian, Spanish is a great plus)
• In-depth knowledge of Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms
• Excellent understanding of social media analytics and data-driven thinking
• passionate about social media and content creation
• Excellent multitasking skills and a great team player

• Strong visual aesthetics sense
