At Valtec, our R&D team keeps pushing out new maritime drone designs, and your job is to turn those designs into a repeatable, deliverable production process. From parts preparation and assembly work instructions to jigs and pre-shipment inspection, you'll build a system that keeps every aircraft consistent in quality and every delivery on schedule, freeing our R&D engineers to focus on development instead of assembly and shipping. 【主要工作任務 / Key Responsibilities】

1. 生產導入 / Production Introduction
・承接研發完成的設計，規劃組裝流程並導入穩定生產。
Take finished designs from R&D, plan the assembly process, and bring it into stable production.
・回饋組裝與品質問題給研發團隊，推動可製造性改善。
Feed assembly and quality issues back to R&D to improve manufacturability.

2. BOM 與料件管理 / BOM & Materials Management
・建立與維護 BOM，管理料件版本、庫存與備料。
Build and maintain BOMs, and manage part revisions, inventory, and kitting.

3. 作業標準與治具 / Work Instructions & Fixtures
・撰寫並維護組裝作業指導書（SOP／WI），確保每次組裝方式一致。
Write and maintain assembly SOPs and work instructions so every build is done the same way.
・設計與製作組裝、測試用治具，提升效率與良率。
Design and build assembly and test fixtures to improve efficiency and yield.

4. 品質與出貨檢驗 / Quality & Pre-Shipment Inspection
・建立出貨前檢驗流程與品質標準，確保每架飛機符合交付要求。
Set up pre-shipment inspection procedures and quality standards so every aircraft meets delivery requirements.
・追蹤不良問題，找出根因並落實改善。
Track defects, find root causes, and follow through on corrective actions.

5. 交期與生產進度管理 / Lead Time & Production Schedule
・與採購協作，掌握料件品質與交期，追蹤生產進度，讓交付時程可預測。
Work with procurement to track part quality and lead times, and monitor production progress to keep delivery dates predictable.
・撰寫並維護製造相關文件。
Write and maintain production documentation.
