生産技術・工程改善エンジニア（IE）

負責產品生產技術開發與生產導入的技術支持，執行生產評估與規劃，並透過設備、工藝、工序與治工具相關應用，使產品達到量化生產並提升生產效能並保證生產品質；
1. 參與客戶端、開發端的會議，扮演溝通意見的角色，並且提出有助於客製化的製程。
2. 組織相關單位進行NPI(MP)的問題分析, 材料處理及品質改善等工作.
3. NPI階段收集與彙整生產的狀況及問題, 並適時給予相關單位及客戶.
4. 與客戶或廠商保持良好的溝通管道, 適時得到支援並解決生產之問題.
5. 專案評估與推行，針對適當的作業程序提出改善建議。
6. 掌握製程控制間整段流程的運作順暢度，並隨時尋求最佳生產模式，提出改善建議。
7. 隨時了解製程狀況，並得以導入更佳的程序、設備、方法強化製程效能。
8. 負責找出生產製程間的潛在風險，並控制風險，提出防患於未然的政策。

Responsible for the development of manufacturing technologies and technical support for new product introduction. Conduct production feasibility assessments and planning, and utilize equipment, manufacturing processes, production procedures, jigs, and fixtures to enable successful mass production, improve production efficiency, and ensure product quality.

1. Participate in meetings with customers and product development teams, serving as a key technical liaison and proposing manufacturing processes that support customized product requirements.
2. Coordinate cross-functional teams to conduct NPI (MP) issue analysis, material handling, quality improvement, and related activities.
3. Collect and consolidate production status, issues, and improvement actions during the NPI phase, and provide timely updates to relevant departments and customers.
4. Maintain effective communication with customers and suppliers to obtain timely technical support and resolve production-related issues.
5. Conduct project feasibility assessments and implementation, and provide improvement recommendations for appropriate operating procedures and manufacturing processes.
6. Monitor the overall manufacturing process flow to ensure smooth operations, continuously identify optimal production methods, and propose improvement actions.
7. Stay updated on manufacturing process conditions and introduce improved procedures, equipment, and methodologies to enhance process performance and production efficiency.
8. Identify potential risks within manufacturing processes, implement appropriate risk control measures, and develop preventive actions to minimize production issues.

製品の生産技術開発および量産導入における技術支援を担当します。生産性・量産性の評価および生産計画を行い、設備・製造技術・工程・治工具などを活用することで、製品の円滑な量産立ち上げ、生産効率の向上および品質確保を推進します。

顧客および製品開発部門との打ち合わせに参加し、技術面での橋渡し役として意見調整を行うとともに、顧客のカスタマイズ要件に対応した製造プロセスを提案します。
関係部門を取りまとめ、NPI（MP）における問題分析、材料対応、品質改善などを推進します。
NPI段階における生産状況および課題を収集・取りまとめ、関係部門および顧客へ適時情報共有を行います。
顧客およびサプライヤーとの良好なコミュニケーションを維持し、必要な支援を迅速に得ながら、生産上の問題解決を推進します。
プロジェクトの評価および推進を行い、作業手順や製造プロセスに対する改善提案を行います。
製造工程全体の流れを把握し、円滑な生産体制を維持するとともに、最適な生産方式を継続的に検討し、改善提案を行います。
製造工程の状況を常に把握し、より効果的な手順・設備・手法を導入することで、工程能力および生産効率の向上を推進します。
製造工程における潜在的なリスクを特定・管理し、問題を未然に防止するための予防策を立案・実施します。
