Job Responsibilities
1. Supplier Production Management
Manage supplier production capacity and oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities to ensure on-time delivery.

2. Production Plan Execution & Monitoring
Monitor the execution of production plans, track progress against schedules, and proactively identify potential risks.

3. Production Issue Resolution
Address production issues and drive root-cause analysis with suppliers to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Planning, Sales, Engineering, and Quality) to ensure the fulfillment of supply targets and business commitments.

Requirements
1. Professional Experience
5+ years of professional experience in supply chain management, production control, or logistics.

2. Industry Background
Hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry is required, covering one or more of the following sectors:
Fabless
Foundry
Assembly (OSAT)
Testing

3. Supplier Collaboration
Proven experience in working with subcontractors (subcons) to execute production plans and handle production excursions effectively.

4. Tools & Technical Skills
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas).
Competent in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint) for management reporting.
