【Your key responsibilities】

• Own and perform capacity planning (incl. building production schedules) to fulfill customer orders of our coffee roasters across multiple markets and optimize the use of our production capacities.
• Cultivate close-knit, positive relationships with our existing contract manufacturers (sub- and final assembly) while ensuring adherence of production lines to quality standards, in collaboration with Quality teams. Conduct or facilitate periodic CM audits.
• Manage inventory and warehouse operations and maintain ERP data accuracy on Manufacturing scope and manage inventory and warehouse operations.
• Proactively, closely collaborate with other departments including Procurement to ensure timely arrival of all components and secure availability of long-lead components, as well as downstream teams (Logistics, Sales) to enable smooth order fulfillment.
• Guide new products from prototype to mass production by preparing materials, tooling, and production capacity.
• Lead manufacturing insourcing strategy definition, evaluating make-or-buy decisions to optimize costs and capacity while maintaining a 3–5 year strategic roadmap for automation and footprint.

• 掌舵並執行產能規劃（含制定生產排程），以即時完成各市場客戶的訂單，並優化生產能力之利用率。
• 與現有的委外代工廠（含零組件預組裝與成品總裝）建立緊密且良好的合作關係；同時與品質團隊協作，確保生產線符合品質標準，並主持或協助定期代工廠稽核。
• 管理庫存與倉庫營運，並維持製造範疇內 ERP 資料之正確性。
• 主動且緊密地與採購等其他部門協作，確保所有零組件按時到貨並掌握長交期材料之供應；與物流、銷售等下游團隊合作，以實現順暢的訂單履約。
• 準備所需物料與產能，引導新產品從原型階段順利邁入量產。
• 主導製造自製策略之制定，評估自製或外購決策以優化成本與產能，並維護自動化與廠房佈局的 3 至 5 年戰略藍圖。

【Qualifications】
Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing operations, procurement or supply chain, with 3+ years managing people.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to efficiently and proactively collaborate with multiple departments.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical parts (machining, sheet metal, plastic injection, casting) and their suppliers.
• Previous experience launching new products into production (NPI, sample to mass production).
• Strong ERP/MRP skills and data-driven planning; advanced Excel.
• Fluent English plus Mandarin Chinese for supplier and team communication.
• Understanding of quality systems (ISO 9001, 8D, FMEA, SPC).

Preferred:

• Experience with make-or-buy studies, insourcing projects or new line/plant setup.
• Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt or higher; APICS CPIM/CSCP.

• 具備 8 年以上製造營運、採購或供應鏈管理經驗，且含 3 年以上團隊管理經驗。
• 具備卓越的人際溝通能力，能高效且主動地與多個部門進行跨單位協作。
• 具備機械零件（加工、鈑金、塑膠射出、壓鑄等）及其供應商管理的實務經驗。
• 具備將新產品成功導入量產的實績。
• 精通 ERP/MRP 系統操作與數據驅動之規劃能力，並具備高級 Excel 操作能力。
• 具備流利的英文與中文溝通能力（用於供應商及內部團隊溝通）。
• 熟悉品質管理系統（如 ISO 9001、8D、FMEA、SPC 等）。

加分條件:

• 具備自製與外購分析 、自製化專案或新產線／新廠建置經驗。
• 具備Lean/ Six Sigma綠帶（含）以上認證，或 APICS (CPIM/CSCP) 證照。
