1.了解品牌產能需求，追蹤審核接單計劃，制定廠區生產月、季、年度產能規劃及人力規劃
2.分析預告訂單及實際訂單達成情況，協調平衡生產
3.掌握生產狀況，協調前段各部門的供應時程及細節，使生產順利
4.追蹤督導月季年度生產目標達成及出貨時程管理
5.追蹤指導生管部單位人員內部日常工作異常處理及防止再發生

1. Understand the brand's production capacity requirements, follow up on order plans, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual production plans for the factory.
2. Analyze forecast orders and actual orders, and coordinate production plans to balance production capacity.
3. Monitor production status and coordinate supply schedules and details with related departments to ensure smooth production.
4. Follow up on monthly, quarterly, and annual production targets and manage shipment schedules.
5. Guide the Production Planning team in handling daily operational issues and preventing similar issues.
