Job Description

1.生產計劃與排程：
-制定並執行生產計劃，確保生產流程順利進行。
-根據訂單需求及庫存狀況，調整生產排程。
2.物料交期管理：
-與採購溝通，確保物料供應的準確性與及時性。
3.風險管控與應急計畫：
-進行風險評估，制定應急計畫，以應對生產過程中的突發事件。
-在遇到意外事件時，及時調整並改善進度延宕的狀況或降低潛在損失。
4.跨部門溝通與協調：
-與採購、庫存管理及其他相關部門合作，確保生產計劃的順利執行。
-針對生產排程、外包管理、採購料件、庫存管理、新產品量產等進行跨單位溝通協調。
5.生產流程優化：
-分析生產流程中的問題，提出改進建議，以優化工作流程或預防問題再次發生。
-可能管理自身專業領域的專案，協調工作與資源，提供資淺同事相關經驗的指導。
