1. Manage porting from engineering to mass production, includes NPI development milestone and schedule, key deliverables and scope change control
2. Work together with the ENG team(PE/PTE/AE/RD/RED) to make sure the schedule is available to meet
3. Ensure timely delivery of goods and samples, coordinating schedules with various teams.
4. Oversee and track manufacturing processes, including wafer and IC production.
