SHES Lead (SRU) (S-1514-Q) - 2

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in sciences, safety, health, environment, or

engineering; or NEBOSH National/International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety; or SHES related NVQ level 5 qualification; or

British Safety Council Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.

TapRoot® Advanced Root Cause Analysis Team Leader (or equivalent RCA tool).

Knowledge and/or Experience

8 years experience in SHES in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.

Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.

Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, etc.

Sound knowledge of the project execution process in large-scale project environments.

Knowledge of relevant SHES management systems and programs
