岗位概述

全面负责项目现场施工管理工作，统筹协调土建、机电、装修等各专业，对项目进度、质量、安全及成本进行综合管控，确保项目按计划高质量交付。

岗位职责

• 负责项目现场施工总体统筹，协调各专业工种（结构、建筑、暖通、给排水、电气、自控、装修等）交叉作业，解决现场冲突。
• 编制并动态更新施工总体进度计划，识别关键路径，提前预警延误风险并采取纠偏措施，确保里程碑节点达成。
• 建立现场质量管控体系，监督各专业施工工序及隐蔽工程验收，确保符合设计图纸、规范标准及客户要求。
• 落实安全管理制度，组织安全交底及日常巡查，督促整改安全隐患，确保现场零重大事故。
• 监控现场成本，审核工程量及签证，管理设计变更及工程索赔，评估对工期和费用的影响。
• 管理各专业分包商及设备材料供应商，协调人员、机械、材料进场计划，确保资源匹配施工进度。
• 作为现场核心对接人，与业主、设计、监理、分包及公司内部各部门保持高效沟通，定期汇报项目进展及风险。
• 组织各专业系统调试、联合验收，整理竣工资料，完成项目移交及维保交接。

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to take full ownership of on-site construction activities across all disciplines—civil, structural, MEP, and finishes. You will be responsible for integrated management of schedule, quality, safety, and cost, ensuring successful project delivery in a complex, multi-trade environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, coordinate all trades (structural, architectural, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automation, finishes, etc.), and resolve on-site conflicts promptly.
• Develop and maintain the master construction schedule, identify critical paths, anticipate delays, and implement corrective actions to meet key milestones.
• Establish and enforce site quality control procedures; supervise all construction phases including inspections, testing, and approval of completed work to ensure compliance with designs, codes, and client standards.
• Implement safety protocols, conduct regular site inspections and safety briefings, and ensure corrective measures are taken to maintain a zero-accident environment.
• Monitor site costs, review quantity verifications and variation orders, manage design changes and claims, and assess their impact on schedule and budget.
• Manage subcontractors and material/equipment suppliers; coordinate manpower, equipment, and material delivery schedules to align with construction progress.
• Serve as the primary on-site liaison among the client, design team, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments; provide regular progress reports and risk updates.
• Organize system commissioning, joint inspections, and final acceptance; compile as-built documentation and facilitate smooth project handover and warranty transition.

任职要求

• 本科及以上，建筑工程、土木工程、机电工程、工程管理或相关专业。
• 至少8年以上施工管理经验，其中3年以上施工经理或同级别岗位经验，具备工业厂房项目（数据中心、半导体、制药、制造业等）完整现场管理经历。
• 熟悉土建、机电、装修等多专业技术接口和管理流程；能够阅读并理解各专业图纸。
• 了解国家及地方建筑规范、施工验收标准、安全法规；有洁净厂房施工管理经验者优先。
• 具备较强的计划、组织、协调和危机处理能力，能在高强度、多任务并行环境下有效推进工作。
• 出色的沟通表达和谈判能力，善于处理多方关系，推动问题解决。
• 持一级/二级建造师、PMP者优先。

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of construction management experience, with at least 3 years as a Construction Manager or equivalent role. Proven track record in industrial plant projects (Data Center, Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing) with full on-site management exposure.
• Solid understanding of multi-disciplinary interfaces (civil, MEP, finishes) and associated management processes; ability to read and interpret drawings across all trades.
• Familiar with national and local building codes, construction acceptance standards, and safety regulations; experience in cleanroom construction is a strong plus.
• Strong planning, organizing, and coordination abilities; capable of driving results under high pressure and multi-tasking environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to align diverse stakeholders and resolve issues effectively.
• First/Second-Class Registered Constructor, or PMP preferred.
