Do you want to put your talents to work in a challenging and creative environment?
Are you interested in precisely translating design concepts into construction drawings, bringing dream spaces to life?
This is the perfect place for you.

．Job Description:
Are you confident in your ability to produce construction drawings?
Are you skilled in using SketchUp to create accurate floor plans and elevations?
Can you deliver precise drawings that ensure smooth on-site construction?

．If you have the following qualities:

You always complete drawings on time.
You can draw floor plans and elevations based on 3D models, and quickly translate designs into construction drawings.

Then this opportunity is made for you!

Join us, and here's what your journey will look like:

．Learning Stage (Months 1–2)
Become proficient in site measurement, drawing layout, and building massing models.
Assist designers with preparing materials and documents before, during, and after meetings, and gather the information needed for design work.
Support administrative tasks related to design projects.

．Growth Stage (Months 3–8)
Draw floor plan systems based on designers' sketches, then create elevation drawings based on 3D models.
Begin converting design concepts into complete construction drawings quickly and accurately — still under the guidance of designers, but steadily approaching proficiency.

．Mastery Stage
At this stage, you will be able to proactively identify issues in 3D models while drawing — such as recess/protrusion surfaces and functional dimension errors — and correct them quickly.
You will be able to produce accurate construction drawings fluently and precisely, be familiar with construction sequences and processes, work independently, and even begin taking on some of the responsibilities of a project assistant.
