室內設計師 Interior Designer（Senior / PM）

我們正在尋找具經驗的室內設計師／專案經理，負責帶領專案發展並推動設計從概念到落地執行。
We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer / Project Manager to lead projects, manage design development, and coordinate execution from concept to completion.

【工作內容 Responsibilities】

• 主導室內設計專案與設計發展流程

Lead interior design projects and design development process

• 與業主進行設計溝通與會議協調

Handle client communication and project meetings

• 繪製與審核施工圖、細部設計與3D表現

Produce and review drawings, detailing, and 3D visualization

• 工地現場協調與設計調整

Site coordination and design adjustments

• 建材選用、發包流程與工程進度管理

Material selection, tendering, and project coordination

• 跨部門與外部顧問整合協作

Coordinate with consultants and project stakeholders

【條件需求 Requirements】

• 3年以上室內設計或相關經驗

Minimum 3+ years of experience in interior design or related field

• 熟悉室內設計流程與施工圖製作

Strong understanding of design process and technical drawings

• 能獨立負責專案並具備管理能力

Able to independently manage projects

• 具良好溝通與協調能力

Strong communication and coordination skills

• 對設計品質與細節有高度要求

Strong attention to design quality and detail

加分條件 Preferred Qualifications

• 具高端住宅、商空或飯店設計經驗

Experience in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects

• 熟悉國際設計語境

Exposure to international design practice
