1.室內設計提案、規劃、設計及施工圖繪製

2.熟悉Auto Cad / 3D (Sketchup、Enscape) / PS / AI 的軟體使用

• Auto Cad 繪製施工圖使用
• 目前以Sketchup建模、Enscape燈光渲染為主，若使用同效果其他軟體也可
• PS / AI 需會基礎功能，調整業主提供之CI去符合空間規畫使用

3.可獨立作業者，包含設計發想、3D設計與渲染、簡報製作提案、施工圖面繪製

• 因各案件時程與規模不同，有可能須獨自完成/有其他設計協助共同合作完成專案

4. 有商空專櫃或辦公室標案經驗者尤佳 :

• 有限時間內整合業主需求並提供設計建議、對整體預算有概念
• 商空設計 : 精品專櫃、餐廳、零售店等的設計規劃施工、品牌實施設計、深化圖面
• 辦公室標案 : 多為300~3000坪空間提案與規劃施工
• 對建築與消防法規有概念，需與建築師與消防機電技師等協同整合設計

a. Interior design from presentation to design handover

b. Familiar with CAD and 3D rendering software

• Auto Cad for Constructure Drawings
• Sketchup for 3D design , Enscape for 3D rendering
• Need basic skill for Photoshop / Illustrator to adjust CI file from client

c. Independent designer, included design concept,presentation,3D design & rendering and construction drawings.

d. Retail & Office design experience is a plus

• Integrate client needs and provide design suggestions within a limited timeframe; have a clear understanding of the overall budget.
• Commercial Space Design: boutique stores, restaurants, retail stores, etc.; detailed drawings.
