Earnestos is about an intimate‘home-cooked’experience with seasonal surprises and a cheeky charm. Through our work, every guest would revisit earnestos for the spice we use, called enthusiasm.

**Salary ＆ Duties**
$210/hr：試做人員薪資

• 倒水、上菜、收餐盤、收桌
• 清潔環境
• 擦杯子、餐具
• 完成手上任務後，主動詢問同事，是否有其他可協助項目
• 其他主管交辦事項

$230/hr：兼職人員基本薪資。除 $210/hr 的工作項目外，亦包含

• 開班：如 set 桌、燙/折布等等
• 收班：清掃廁所、洗衣等等
• 獨立服務一桌顧客，如帶位、點餐、說菜等等；酒水介紹、結帳除外

$270/hr：除 $230/hr 的工作項目外，亦包含：

• 結帳：含拆賬、作廢發票
• 準備及介紹 Wine Pairing, Tea Pairing

$290/hr：除 $270/hr 的工作項目外，亦包含：

• 獨立完成包廂（PDR）的開班、服務、收班
• 對酒單、無酒精飲品熟捻，能夠推銷、泡茶、解說

**Staff Benefits**

• 出勤獎金：出勤日工時達六小時，則一週出勤 3 天，獎金 $800；一週出勤 4 天以上，獎金 $1000

**Weekly Shifts**

• 每週二至六可排班日至少兩天
• 上班時間 15:00~22:30，一頭班
