Shift Lead — Fuel America
| Full-Time | $17.00/hour + tips
Fuel America is looking for a dependable, energetic Shift Lead to help lead our team and deliver a welcoming experience for every guest. If you enjoy a fast-paced café environment, take pride in great service, and lead by example, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily shifts and support team members to keep operations running smoothly.
- Provide friendly, efficient service and address guest questions or concerns.
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food according to company standards.
- Assign tasks and help train and coach team members.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including cash handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized café and follow food safety standards.
- Monitor supplies and communicate staffing, inventory, or maintenance needs to management.
What We’re Looking For
- Open availability, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous café, restaurant, or customer service experience; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Dependability, initiative, and the ability to stay organized during busy shifts.
- A commitment to quality, cleanliness, and excellent guest service.
