Complete the Food Safety Significant checklist, critical line temp chart, and enforce proper handwashing procedures every single shift — no skipping, no shortcuts. Your team is watching how you lead. Show them what Proud looks like. 2. Own the Guest Experience From the Front to the Back Every guest who walks through that door deserves fast, friendly service and a 100% accurate order — and it's your job to make sure that happens.
