Shift Leader

- Location: Pioneer
- Mon to Friday: 9pm to 7pm
- Salary: Basic Up to $3,200 exclude Transport $110 + Night $23 per day

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate night shift production activities for raw materials
- Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower resources during the night shift through effective work assignments, defined responsibilities
- Liaise closely with Quality, Engineering, R&D, EHS, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to support daily production operations
- Assist in reviewing and updating manufacturing procedures, batch instructions
Requirement:
- Nitec or Diploma in any related field
- With experience in production and manufacturing industry will be advantageous
