About the role
We are seeking proactive and reliable individuals to join our food & beverage team as Shift Leaders. In this role, you will oversee team members during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.
What you’ll be doing
- Supervise team members during assigned shifts
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and updates
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Manage cash handling and daily sales reports
- Support training of new staff
- Uphold brand standards and service quality
- Act as the point of contact for management during shifts
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2–3 years relevant F&B experience
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
- Ability to supervise and motivate a staff
- Strong customer service orientation and communication
- Responsible, reliable, and dependable with a hands-on approach
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
