Shift leader/Supervisor

As a Chick-fil-A Team Leader, you will drive daily operational excellence and foster a culture of growth by coaching, motivating, and developing Team Members while assisting across all Front of House positions as needed. Serving as a subject matter expert in FOH processes, brand standards, and order-taking technology across the front counter, drive-thru, and outside lanes, you will ensure product quality, cleanliness, and consistency at all times. You will partner closely with the Leadership Team to hit tactical hourly objectives, manage appropriate daily staffing, support inventory and facilities maintenance, execute opening and closing procedures, and communicate performance feedback or policy violations. Above all, you will maintain respectful, professional relationships and fulfill additional responsibilities assigned by leadership to uphold Chick-fil-A’s high standards of service.

Requirements

• Prior Chick-fil-A experience preferred
• Experience as a leader or completion of a leadership development course
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic computer proficiency
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable using POS systems and order-taking technology
• Ability to multitask with minimal direction
• Ability to work on your feet and outdoors for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Customer-service-focused mindset

About

Located in Bradenton, FL, Chick-fil-A Cortez Plaza and Chick-fil-A Manatee are run by Nathan Hoeksema, who become a Chick-fil-A Operator in 2000 at the age of 23! While working behind the Chick-fil-A counter at age 15, Nathan was captured by the company's mission and after college, felt called to pursue Chick-fil-A as his place of mission. After 11 years of operating and seeing tremendous success in his first restaurant location, Nathan was presented with the opportunity to move to Bradenton and open his current restaurant in the fall of 2013. Since opening in 2013, the team has consecutively increased store sales with a projection to be in the top 10 stores in the entire Chick-fil-A chain by the end of 2019. Now in 2023 Cortez Plaza is in the top 3 stores in the entire chain. Also in 2023 Nathan has opened his second location: Chick-fil-A Manatee.
