We're recruiting on behalf of a leading food manufacturer for an experienced Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern manufacturing environment where you'll play a key role in improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement.

The Role
  • Carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on process equipment.

  • Improve asset reliability and minimise downtime.

  • Use CMMS (SAP preferred) to record maintenance activities.

  • Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement projects.

  • Promote high standards of health & safety, including LOTO and Permit to Work procedures.

  • Provide engineering support for site improvement projects.

About You
  • Level 3 Engineering Maintenance Apprenticeship

  • Previous maintenance engineering experience within manufacturing, FMCG or food production.

  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

  • SAP PM and continuous improvement experience.
