Job Requirements:
• Oversee daily trucking operations and team performance.
• Coordinate dispatch, safety, update, recruiting, and fleet activities.
• Resolve operational issues and support process improvements.
• Communicate with drivers, staff, customers, and management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Notes:
2 years of experience in trucking, logistics, or transportation (Dispatch, Fleet, Update)
Previous supervisory or shift manager experience.
Ability to work evening shift (02:00-10:00 Tashkent time)
