Job Requirements:
• Oversee daily trucking operations and team performance.
Coordinate dispatch, safety, update, recruiting, and fleet activities.
Resolve operational issues and support process improvements.
Communicate with drivers, staff, customers, and management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Notes:
2 years of experience in trucking, logistics, or transportation (Dispatch, Fleet, Update)
Previous supervisory or shift manager experience.
Ability to work evening shift (02:00-10:00 Tashkent time)
