Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years as a shift manager, preferably in restaurants or fast food.
- If not, experience in positions with responsibility and team management (shift supervisor, coordinator, assistant manager, etc.).
- Experience in shift organization, team supervision, and customer service.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations: cash register, quality, stock, and opening/closing procedures.
- Ability to lead, work under pressure, and make decisions.
- Availability (rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays).
Valuable: experience in organized food service (McDonald's or similar) and food safety training.
