Your mission

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the restaurant during your shift, ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers, compliance with quality standards, and team motivation.

What you'll do

Your responsibilities

• Organize and supervise the restaurant's activity during the assigned shift.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the employee team.
• Guarantee quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Manage customer service and resolve incidents effectively.
• Control operating procedures and compliance with internal regulations.
• Collaborate in the training of new hires.
• Perform administrative and management tasks related to daily operations.

• Previous experience at McDonald's or organized restaurant chains is valued.
