Shift Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive collaborator with leadership and customer service orientation to take on the role of Shift Manager. They will be responsible for coordinating the team during their shift, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and providing an excellent customer experience and cost control.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate team activities during the shift.
• Ensure compliance with quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Ensure proper operation of work areas.
• Support inventory management and cost control.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies.
• Train and support new team members.
