Shift Manager

What you'll do

• Ensure the development of the assigned shift (opening, mid-shift, or closing), respecting and enforcing operational procedures for quality, hygiene, and food safety.
• Ensure compliance with the restaurant's safety guidelines, following occupational risk prevention procedures established for each position.
• Position the staff assigned to you during the shift, ensuring quality service.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, being responsible for addressing any incidents or complaints that may arise during the shift while following company guidelines.
• Respect and enforce current labor regulations.
• Manage personnel-related events that may occur during their shift (absences, terminations, hires, accidents, etc.)
• Perform those restaurant positions as needed at any given time.
