Core Responsibilities

Assign daily tasks and coordinate team members.

Planning of shift roster among team members.

Running different shifts when needed.

Solve customer complaints and staff issues quickly.

Managing inventory, check stock levels and reorder supplieswhen needed.

Open or close the facility and balance cash tills.

Train new workers and enforce safety rules.

Coordinate with Outlets on service quality.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or business certificate.

Past experience in retail, food service, or management.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights.
