Shift Manager

We are opening a new KFC restaurant in Illescas and we are looking for Shift Managers with initiative, a passion for people, and a desire to lead in a dynamic, challenging environment full of opportunities.

Your main mission will be to ensure that everything runs correctly and that every customer enjoys the best KFC experience.

What you'll do

• Supervise the overall operation of the restaurant and the achievement of objectives.
• Lead and develop the management and operational team.
• Manage sales, costs, and business profitability.
• Plan shifts and resources according to demand.
• Guarantee operational excellence and quality standards.
• Drive the work environment, motivation, and team development.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and processes.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Shift Manager/Supervisor.
• Ability to make decisions, resolve conflicts, and adapt quickly to changes.
• Passion for people, excellent customer service, and teamwork.
• Energy, commitment, and a desire to develop professionally.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, or night), including weekends and holidays.

Nice to have

• Preferable experience in comprehensive team management in catering, ideally in high-volume environments such as fast-food chains.

• Indefinite full-time contract of 40 hours per week and rotating shifts.
• Working conditions governed by the Toledo Hospitality Collective Agreement.
