Shift Manager

The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has an exciting opportunity at the Intensive Behavior Center. Two positions are available\: one is for 2\:00 p.m.- 10\:00 p.m. Sunday – Thursday, and the other is 10\:00 p.m. -6\:00 a.m., Tuesday-Saturday.

This position is open until filled with frequent screening of applicants.

The Intensive Behavior Center (IBC) is an intensive, short-term treatment facility for individuals who have intellectual disabilities and co-occurring mental illnesses. IBC provides an environment for building healthy, effective, and fulfilling lives so those receiving treatment can live successfully in the community after discharge.

The Shift Manager is responsible for all aspects of the management of assigned residential treatment units during assigned shifts including implementation of client treatment, scheduling of Direct Support Professionals, direct supervision of Direct Support Professionals, and maintaining the physical plant.
