About the Role

TDL is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily plant operations, supervise workforce activities, ensure production efficiency, and maintain safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure shift targets are met.
• Coordinate production, warehouse, and logistics operations.
• Supervise factory operatives, loaders, warehouse staff, and technicians.
• Allocate duties and monitor workforce performance and productivity.
• Monitor machinery and production processes to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, PPE requirements, and company policies.
• Monitor product quality and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Report equipment faults and ensure proper use of tools and machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of production, attendance, incidents, and operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement and operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 2–3 years' experience in operations, production, or plant supervision.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Good knowledge of production and plant operations.
• Strong workforce and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
