Shift Quality Supervisor

As a Texas Instruments (TI) Operation QA Supervisor, you will work in Assembly/Test cleanroom environment in the factory with QA direct reports. The candidate must be a team player who can work with cross functional team to achieve business goals & being self-motivated to meet objectives in a rapid paced work environment. The ability to successfully motivate and enable others to perform at a high level is fundamental to the job role. This position requires working per TI shift calendar

Job Description:

  • Supervises, trains, and leads quality control inspectors across Assembly to Post Test area
  • Ensures compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and internal company procedures.
  • Oversees daily QC operations, performing inspections, and managing defect tracking to prevent non-conforming products ship out from factory
  • Collects and reports data regarding to QA Inspection gate WIP, Inspection record & Automotive lot retention record
  • Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure quality at every stage of production.

Experiences & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering or any relevant semiconductor experiences
  • More than 2 year of relevant experiences or any supervisory experiences.
  • Able to support shift work patterns

  • Familiar with Spotfire, 8D, Root cause analysis techniques, Quality Management System will be an added advantage
