We're looking for a Shift Supervisor who leads from the front. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes ownership, supports their officers, holds people accountable, and maintains high standards of professionalism and client service.
If you believe a strong supervisor should never ask their team to do something they wouldn't do themselves, we want to speak with you.

- Lead by example and maintain a visible presence throughout your shift.
- Coach, train, motivate, and hold team members accountable for performance and professional standards.
- Conduct shift briefings and ensure officers understand assignments, post orders, and client expectations.
- Serve as a key point of contact between security personnel, M1 Global leadership, and client stakeholders.
- Maintain a professional, hospitality-focused environment for employees, executives, visitors, and vendors.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies with professionalism, sound judgment, and urgency.
- Conduct site inspections and identify security, safety, and operational concerns.
- Ensure incidents and operational issues are accurately documented, reported, and escalated.
- Assist with staffing and operational needs to maintain appropriate site coverage and continuity between shifts.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prepare accurate reports and documentation.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to support changing operational needs.
- Must be willing and able to work 2nd or 3rd shift, including weekends and holidays as required.
