Responsibilities
Supervises daily dietary services operations, including planning, preparation, serving, distribution, and sanitation activities on assigned shift. Serves as resource to staff, communicates processes and procedures, and facilitates appropriate training.Qualifications
Education- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
- 2 years of experience in food services/operations within healthcare, education, dining, or related field Required
- 1 year of leadership experience Preferred
- SAFE Serve Certification ServSafe certification Upon Hire Required
