About the role
Eurofirms is selecting a Slaughterhouse Supervisor for a company in the meat sector located in Riudellots de la Selva, with direct hiring by the company. The selected person will perform the following functions:
What you'll do
- Distribute tasks.
- Control line parameters.
- Verify knives, equipment, and protections.
- Coordinate incidents with quality and maintenance.
- Train and supervise personnel.
- Basic administrative functions required by the position.
- Line performance KPI indicators, welfare incidents, occupational accidents, stoppages, shrinkage.
- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- We are looking for a responsible and methodical person.
- Own car.
Nice to have
- Residence near the workplace is valued.
Education & certifications
- Vocational training (FP)
Languages
- Correct spoken and written Spanish and/or Catalan.
