Shift Supervisor

About the role

At Grupo CRIT, we are looking for a person for the position of shift supervisor for an important company within the Mercedes-Benz environment.

What you'll do

- Management of temporary personnel (Organization and control).

- Implementation of Actions/Services

- Workshop organization and management

- Direct contact with coordinators.

- Knowledge of the company's methodology and policy

- Select/Identify/Transfer/Rework parts

What we're looking for

-Minimum education: High School Diploma

-Previous experience as a supervisor or some experience in personnel management, as the selected candidate will deal with people and will teach and supervise the work they carry out.

-Knowledge and handling of different tools, as well as the use of a forklift

-Office automation knowledge at a user level, as computers are used for some tasks.

-Driving license and own vehicle

-Availability to start in September

What you'll get

-Stable contract with the intention of continuity

-Full-time, 3 shifts (depending on the schedules at Mercedes-Benz)

-Salary: 20,000€-21,000€ gross per year
