Shift Supervisor

About the role

At Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading industrial company in its sector, which needs to permanently incorporate a Team Leader into its team to reinforce its production area.

What you'll do

- Coordinate and supervise the work team, ensuring the fulfillment of production objectives.

- Guarantee the correct functioning of production processes and the quality of the final product.

- Manage and resolve incidents and conflicts within the team, maintaining an optimal working environment.

- Ensure the correct distribution of tasks, time control, and optimization of resources.

- Provide support to the different areas during the startup and development of projects.

- Propose continuous improvements in the production area to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in an industrial environment; experience in automotive is highly valued.

- Demonstrable track record in team management and leadership in production environments.

- Ability for decision-making, conflict resolution, and task organization.

- Result orientation, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.

Nice to have

- Technical training in industrial areas (electromechanics, automation, electronics, etc.) is valued.
