Shift Supervisor

Job Description
Regular work schedule is 12-hour shifts 7 pm- 7am or 7am - 7pm 4-on/4-off including weekends. Currently working 8hour 5 days a week. If sales increase it will be night shift 4 on 4 off 7pm to 7am
Supervise crew(s) to perform assigned tasks in accordance with departmental goals for quality, safety, production and sanitation including: verifying compliance with product specifications, safety rules, company policies, HACCP guidelines; overseeing the performance of operator maintenance, inventory control and all required documentation to minimize waste and downtime; supervision of employees regarding attendance, compliance with work rules, evaluation of employee performance and recommending/administering disciplinary actions, when needed.
**Other duties may be assigned.

Education Requirements
Associates degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school and/or additional college courses and two years of related experience or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience plus a minimum of 7-11 months of supervisory experience preferred.
