Shiftleader Cargo Office

The Shiftleader Cargo Office coordinates the handling process, serves as the first point of contact for employees and external parties, and acts as a mentor and work distributor for the team.

Your work consists of:

Managing a small operational team;

• Supervising the correct execution of the operational activities;

• Identifying regularly occurring problems and initiating remedial actions;

• Coaching, training, guiding and motivating the team;

• Monitor flight bookings and truck orders;

• Proactively communicate with the warehouse team;

• Customer service, both by e-mail and managing telephone traffic;

• Report to the Office Supervisors.

Your profile:

• You have experience in an equal role, are a team player and you are able to coach your teammates;

• You have strong communication skills, in Dutch and in English, both verbally and in writing;

• You are flexible, stress-resistant and you keep an overview;

• You have a decisive personality and you are decisive;

• You have sufficient knowledge of regular regulations, frameworks and precedents;

• You are proactive and set the right priorities;

• You can quickly anticipate things that hinder the progress of the process and also divide the work.
